Team, 
As most of you know, the Boise Bike Swap is THE major fundraiser
for Team
Therapeutic Associates-Dobbiaco. The majority of the money earned
during
the swap goes to help fund the event fee reimbursement program
and to
subsidize the costs of custom apparel/product. For this to be a
successful
event again this year, we need as many Team member volunteers as
possible to
help with this effort. Volunteering at the Bike Swap is a
requirement for
those that will be applying for event reimbursement this year.
Volunteers are especially needed during check-in as well as on
Sunday when
folks come by to pickup unsold items. The following schedule is
when
volunteers are needed (4 hour blocks of time, if possible):
Thursday, February 25
6:00pm to 9:00pm - Equipment Check-in
Friday, February 26
Noon to 4:00 pm - Equipment Check-in
Friday, February 26
5:30pm to 9:30pm - Bike Swap Open Hours
Saturday, February 27
10:00am to 4:00pm - Bike Swap Open Hours
Sunday, February 28
1:00pm to 5:00pm - Equipment Pickup
For equipment check-in, volunteers will be needed to assist in
entering
information into the computers and to help distribute equipment
onto the
floor. During the swap hours, we need volunteers to assist with
admissions,
security , checkout (e.g., work cash registers), assist patrons
on the
floor, and assist with keeping the swap floor neat and tidy as
well as
assist with any last minute equipment check-in.
